Bookings & Payments
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the trip. For later cancellations, a small processing fee may apply depending on the activity type.

Safety & Support
Absolutely. Every guide we partner with is certified by recognized mountaineering or water sports institutes and has valid first-aid training.
Safety is our priority. If the weather is unsuitable for your adventure (e.g., heavy rain during rafting), we will either reschedule your trip or provide a full refund.
